First off, below is a belated slide show from the kids' Sports Day at their school, a couple of weekends ago, in Ipoh. We were bestowed with some pretty good weather, with minimal sun. The school organizers did plan to have the event completed by the late morning. I was kinda surprised and disappointed that only telematches were held - this Sports Day only catered to the primary students. I was looking forward to some Track and Field events, like in the kids' previous school in Penang.
And yes, TF and I shouted ourselves hoarse in the early hours this morning, as we witnessed another dramatic comeback of our dear Liverpool FC, over Arsenal. Whatever Arsene Wenger (Arsenal Manager) might say and tried to discredit Liverpool's win by saying 'the best team did not win', bottom line, we beat the Gunners by 2 clear goals with 3 of the 4 goals in front of the Kop ! You'll Never Walk Alone ! Now, the Gunners is history .... bring on the Blues (Chelsea) !
This week will also see Tiger attempting to pursue the holy grail of golf - The Grand Slam, starting at the infamous Augusta's Masters. He will again make an attempt to achieve the impossible by winning the Masters, US Open, British Open and the PGA Championships in the same year. No one in the history of golf have ever done this, although Tiger did garner these 4 consecutive trophies, but it was spread across two calendar years. Anyway, Good Luck Tiger !
